My name is Robert H. King I “spent 29 Years in solitary confinement, 31 Years in total. “ It has the same impact upon me, as many others, who has endured similar conditions. According to neuroscientist & other experts, long term confinement, can cause permanent brain damage! It also takes a toll on the mental and physical body as well..

It tells me “that the clause in the 13th amendment”. Which says “slavery nor involuntary servitude shall not exist on these shores, except for persons that has been duly convicted of a crime.” Prisons are tantamount to slavery... I, (Robert King) would-urge young people to learn the difference between” that which is legal & that which is moral!!” It wasn’t until people saw, that (Chattel) slavery was morally reprehensible!!

Chattel slavery was then abolished!!!

It, has taught me that “there is no differences, in the prison system today, than that of yesteryear.”

And that, “the American , prison system of today is “ synonymous, with that of yesteryear also.” Prison is used to enslave ( BLACK AMERICAN PEOPLE)!!

(read and understand, the clause in the 13th amendment young people)...
